Assistance Description

This coverage covers only the following emergencies accepted by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an emergency. This service is provided by the assistance firm. Asthma Attack and Acute Respiratory Problems, Traffic Accident, Encephalitis, Serious Allergy, Anaphylactic Tables, Severe Poisoning, Sudden Paralysis, All Skeletal System Fractures, Acute Massive Hemorrhages, Meningitis, Heart Attack and Rhythm Disorders, Severe Hypertension Crises, Frostbite, All Kinds of Coma , Electric Shock, Cold Shock, Falling from a Height, Limb Detachments, Severe Burns, Heat Stroke, Brain Abscess, Drowning, Renal Colic (excluding ESWL etc. treatment and operations), High Fever (over 39.5), Acute Abdomen. In case of any of the above inconveniences or emergencies, the following coverages are paid over the policy annual coverage limits within their scope. In this guarantee, an exemption of 50 TL is applied for each treatment expenses compensation. a. Emergency Surgical Hospitalization Coverage In the event that surgical intervention and/or hospitalization are required due to the defined emergency, the expenses of surgery/surgical intervention, operating room, operator doctor, anesthesiologist, assistant, narcosis, medication and consumables are covered by this coverage. b. Emergency Internal (Day) Hospitalization Coverage Doctor's fee for non-surgical hospitalizations due to the defined emergency and/or surgical and orthopedic interventions that do not require hospitalization of the insured, necessary materials including blood and blood plasma, anesthesia, plaster / suture application, standard corset and orthopedic supports required to be used by the doctor, bandages, bandages, dressings , injection etc. expenses, all medical examinations and patient care services are within the scope of this guarantee. c. Room Meal Coverage Due to the defined emergency, room-food (limited to the standard single bed room fee) and nursing services expenses for each full day of hospitalization of the insured are within the scope of this coverage. Intensive Care Coverage The expenses of intensive care services for each full day spent by the insured in the intensive care unit in the hospital due to the defined emergency are within the scope of this coverage. The out-of-scope situations of this guarantee are as follows; • Expenses paid by the insured without the knowledge of the assistance company, compensation claims that the insured does not notify within 48 hours if the insured is unconscious, or within 48 hours if the insured is unconscious, (Total amount to be paid for the treatment/surgery in case non-contractual health institutions are used after the required notice is given.
